01Why Choyo Labs

What you sign off is what ships.

Most studios hand off a design file and call it done. We stay on it through engineering, QA, and store review — the unglamorous part where projects usually stall — so what you signed off on is what actually ships.

Working across web, apps, and games means the same team can carry a product from a landing page to a live game backend without a handover. Fewer vendors, fewer gaps, one thread of accountability.

02What we build

Three practices, one team.

Each is a full build covering design, engineering and launch — not a handoff to someone else.

03How we work

Four stages, no mystery.

You see working software early and often instead of waiting for a reveal at the end.

  1. 01

    Scope

We pin down what you're building, who it's for, and what “done” means, before anyone writes code.

  2. 02

    Design

Wireframes to final UI, reviewed with you at each step so there are no surprises in the build.

  3. 03

    Build

Short cycles with a working build you can open and try at the end of each one.

  4. 04

    Ship & support

Release, store review, monitoring, and the fixes that follow. Launch isn't the finish line.

Questions people ask before getting in touch

What does a project actually cost?

Websites start at a fixed $2,500 and most land between $2,500 and $8,000 depending on page count, integrations, and whether you need a CMS. Mobile apps and games are quoted per project because the range is genuinely wide. You get a fixed number before any work starts — we don't do open-ended hourly billing.

How long does it take?

A standard website goes live in four weeks from the point we have your content. Apps and games depend on scope, but we'll give you a dated schedule with the quote rather than a vague estimate.

What happens after I get in touch?

We reply within two business days with our read on scope, a timeline, and a fixed price. If we don't think we're the right fit, we say so and point you somewhere better. There's no sales call unless you want one.

Who owns the code and the design?

You do, outright, once the final invoice is paid. You get the repository, the design files, and the accounts. Nothing is held hostage, and you are never locked into us for changes.

Can you work with our existing team or codebase?

Yes. We regularly pick up existing projects, work alongside in-house developers, or hand over cleanly at the end. Tell us what's already built and we'll tell you honestly whether it's worth keeping.

What if we need changes after launch?

Launch isn't the finish line. We cover fixes after release, and can stay on for ongoing work if you want it — but sites are built so your own team can update content without calling us.

05 — Start a project

Have something to build?

Tell us what you have in mind. A rough idea is enough to start, and we'll come back with scope, timeline, and a straight answer on whether we're the right fit.

Add company and budget (optional, helps us scope)

We reply within two business days with scope, timeline, and a fixed price. Your details stay with us — never sold or shared.
